What is Bodhi?
Bodhi is our inherent potential to be awake.
To be awake simply means to be present, to be with our experience, to be with whatever is going on.
Through the practice of meditation, we gradually begin to get closer and closer to that capacity we all have, to be fully present, appreciate every moment, and eventually experience peace and contentment.
We learn how to be with our mind and live our life in a way that creates less stress and confusion.
We have more presence, more happiness and a greater feeling of stability.
We begin to enjoy our own company and in that way our relationship with others and our life in general is transformed.
This is what the practice of meditation is and so much more.
