What is bodhi?

It’s not easy to keep a clear mind and an open heart when we’ve got so much going on in our lives. That’s why we’ve started bodhi. To share some simple ways to find more clarity and focus, and be more connected to ourselves, others and the world around us. 

We've been interviewing top meditation teachers, psychologists and scientists, as well as ordinary, everyday meditators, and developing short programs to lead you through the basics.

We’re sharing here our first two - Discover Meditation and Opening the Heart. But this is just the start.
