At Bodhi, guided by our experienced instructors, we create courses, moments, challenges, and community as we learn how to be with our minds so we can live life in a way that creates more fun and happiness in everyday life.
Founded in 2016, Bodhi is grounded in the rich contemplative tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, bringing people together to explore their minds and hearts.
